HDI & ATE Printed Circuit Board
HDI is a printed circuit with a high connection density.
These circuits have thinner tracks and insulations, smaller vias and capture pads, and a higher density of connection pads compared to those used in "normal" multilayers.
TVR is capable of producing circuits with up to 6 sequential laminations.
Many of the HDI printed circuits produced by TVR are made for the ATE market.
Over the years, TVR has specialized in the production of printed circuits for the testing sector, creating specific products such as Probe-cards, Interposers, and Final-tests on a daily basis.
