Flexible and rigid-flexible

Flexible printed circuits have the ability to integrate into a single circuit, reducing product assembly time.

Flexible base materials (Kapton) with or without flexible coating (Coverlay) can be used. For the production of a rigid-flex circuit, rigid boards are combined with flexible substrates.

TVR produces flexible and rigid-flex boards with 25 µm cores.

Over the years, rigid-flex multilayers with more than 5 flexible inners have been produced.
